Program Registration
Registration is taken on a first-come, first-serve basis. Full payment is required upon registration.
Payment can be made in person or by phone. We accept the following forms of payment;
- VISA
- MasterCard
- Cash
- Cheque
We do not accept debit at this time. NSF cheques are subject to a $15.00 service charge.
Note: Couple and family rates apply to two cohabitating adults and a maximum of two of their own children. Additional charges may apply for more than two children.
Program Cancellation Policy
You must notify us a minimum of five working days prior to the in-house course start date to receive a partial refund. A $10.00 administration fee is included in all program fees and is non-refundable. (Please contact the Family Life Education Manager for the outreach program cancelation policy)
No refunds will be issued less than five working days prior to the course start date.
Cancellation of “Discover and Learn” and “Casual Care” must be made by 12:00 p.m. on the previous working day. Refunds are not available for these programs; however, your child will be moved to another available course date.
St. Albert FRC reserves the right to combine, postpone or cancel classes due to insufficient registration. Course cancellations may occur due to reasons beyond our control. Full refunds will be issued for courses cancelled due to insufficient registration.

Subsidies are available to qualifying families for all St. Albert FRC programs. Please speak to a staff member for more information.
All of our Early Childhood Programs qualify for the Provincial Stay at Home Subsidy.
